We work with both natural and lab-grown diamonds through an inventory network of more than one million stones, including partner stock. This allows us to respond to a wide range of sizes, shapes, colors, clarities, and quality requirements, as well as custom cuts in special sizes, colors, and shapes.

Creating value through knowledge and experience.
Since 2000, I have worked across the diamond and jewelry industry, gaining hands-on experience in natural and lab-grown diamonds, jewelry manufacturing, wholesale, product development, industrial applications, and international trade. My experience spans the entire jewelry business, from material sourcing and overseas purchasing to distribution, product planning, brand development, and retail.
I have also built a network across the global diamond and jewelry supply chain, supplying diamond materials to universities and research institutions, collaborating with overseas research organizations, working in identification technologies, and supporting companies with international strategy and new business development. I also serve as the only Japanese member of the founding Executive Committee of the Laboratory Grown Diamond Council.
I see diamonds not only as gemstones, but as materials with the potential to create new value and new markets. Beyond the boundaries of natural and lab-grown, jewelry and research, Japan and overseas, I connect technology, people, supply chains, and markets to turn new possibilities into products, businesses, and value.
